On November 17, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by Dirk Schuebel, Head of the Division for bilateral relations with the Eastern Partnership countries at European External Action Service.
That the delegation included officials of the European Union and a number of member countries for the Eastern Partnership.
