Head of the UK-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group Bob Blackman and his accompanying delegation has kicked off a visit to Azerbaijan`s Aghdam district.
During the visit, they will familiarize themselves with the atrocities committed by the Armenian armed forces in Aghdam, as well as the construction works being carried out here.
