President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding head of Sumgayit City Executive Power Zakir Farajov with the first-degree “For Service to the Homeland” order.
Zakir Farajov has been awarded in connection with the 70th anniversary of Sumgayit city and his service in the social-economic development of the city.
