President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev addressed a letter to the participants of the 2nd International Conference "Right to Return: Promoting Justice for Azerbaijanis Forcibly Expelled from Armenia" held in Baku.

Professor Adalat Valiyev, the head of the Department of Political Parties and Relations with Legislative Power of the Presidential Administration, read the letter.
