President extends condolences to his Albanian counterpart

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has extended condolences to President of the Republic of Albania Ilir Meta.

The letter of condolences cites:

"Dear Mr. President,

I was deeply saddened by the news about the earthquake occurred in your country and resulted in human losses and destructions.

On my behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people, I extend my deepest condolences to You, the families and loved ones of those, who were killed, and all the Albanian people and wish recovery to the injured".
