The movement of vehicles on some highways will be restricted on December 12th in connection with the 16th anniversary of death of Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev.

To ensure the security of citizens who will attend the commemoration ceremony of national leader Heydar Aliyev, the movement of vehicles across the Parliament avenue in the direction of the Alley of Honor will be completely restricted from 08:00 till the events ends on December 12th.
Thus, the movement of vehicles will be restricted at the crossroads of Mikayil Mushfig street and Huseyn Javid avenue, at the crossroads of Mikayil Mushfig circle and Metbuat avenue, Mehdi Huseyn street 1, near the new Teletheatre building, at the same time, from the back of Milli Majlis towards the Parliament avenue – Abbasgulu Abbaszade, Izzat Nabiyev and Shovgiyar Abdullayev streets.
Drivers and owners of cars are recommended to use their vehicles less in this direction. They are recommended to use alternative roads to reach the destination point. Those, who will visit the grave of the national leader, are recommended to use public transport.
