Today is the last day to submit applications to the Central Election Commission for the observation in all constituencies of the Republic during the municipal elections set in Azerbaijan for December 23rd.
In accordance with the Calendar Plan of the events and measures on the organization and holding of the municipal elections in Azerbaijan Republic, every citizen of Azerbaijan Republic with the active right to vote, international (foreign) observers should apply 10 days before the elections, thus, till December 13th.
Today is the last day to submit applications to the Central Election Commission to receive a special permission to observe meetings of election commissions.
Moreover, today is the last day the Central Election Commission makes a decision about providing accreditations to the organizations which have applied to conduct an exit-poll.
Today is also the last day for preparing ballots.
