President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev departed on December 20th for Saint Petersburg city to take part in the unofficial meeting of the heads of CIS states at the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
The head of our state was greeted at Saint Petersburg's Pulkovo-1 airport by governor of Leningrad province Alexander Drozdenko, member of Saint Petersburg city authority, chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee Yevgeny Grigoryev, deputy chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee of Leningrad province Inna Bigotskaya and other officials.
