These bus lines also switch to card system - Date announced

In accordance with the requirements of Baku Transport Agency, 2 more buses will switch to the cashless payment – the common card system.

AZTV.AZ reports citing Baku Transport Agency, as of 25.12.2019 bus N 39 and as of 26.12.2019 bus N 202 will accept the payment via “BakuCard”.

To inform the population about the innovation, announcements have been posted on buses.

According to the Agency, works are carried out in connection with the transition to the cashless payment on other buses as well: "In accordance with the work process, other buses will also join the cashless payment system. People will be informed about it beforehand.

At the same time, we note that the buses, where cash is accepted, are taken off the lines, and some technical montage, cabling works are carried out in them”.
