New-type vehicles on collection of household waste brought to Baku

Works on the collection, transportation and sorting of solid household waste are continued. For this reason, 5 new-type large and small-scale vehicles have been brought to the capital Baku.  

The final composition research has been launched on the new pilot project that began in July of last year in Baku's Narimanov district. The project will be implemented in other districts of the capital starting from April of this year.

The vehicles have been automated, and GPS has been set up in them. After the pilot project is completed, this system will also be applied in containers so that the collection of waste is optimized.

It is noteworthy that 18 additional vehicles on the collection, transportation and sorting of solid household waste will be brought to Baku by the end of February. In turn, it will help execute the works envisaged in the pilot project.
