Another yard renovated within the framework of “Our yard” project of the IDEA Public Union aimed at renovating yards in need of restoration was commissioned for residents on January 28.
The renovated yard is located in Yasamal district, Parliament avenue 2B, 4 and 6A and envisages 3 residential buildings with 600 residents.
The main purpose of “Our yard” project is to clean and renovate Baku yards, restore the green areas which are the ecological foundation of the city, form a healthy lifestyle and create safe and comfortable living conditions for residents.
The comfortable movement of disabled people has been taken into consideration in the renovated yard; various sports facilities, a chess playground, cycling road, a children’s playground have been created for the creation of favorable conditions, allowing youth to spend quality time. At the same time, 2 gazebos have been built in the area; waste boxes have been set up.
Taking into account the interest of residents, new light pillars have been set up; the facades, roofs and entrances of buildings have been repaired; new iron doors and new elevators have been set up. Along with the restoration of the existing green areas in the territory of the yard, 30 additional trees and bushes have been planted; a green area has been laid in the 500-square-meter area. Surveillance cameras have been set up in the area to ensure the security of residents.
This is the 31st yard renovated within the framework of the yards repaired and commissioned in Yasamal district.
It is planned to implement this project in all districts of Baku. In connection with this, residents are recommended to submit proposals and complaints about the yards in need of repair to the IDEA Public Union.
