This year, 6 ASAN Centers and 1 ASAN Communal Center are planned to be opened. The centers will envisage regions along with the capital Baku. ASAN Service Centers will be opened in some countries as well, said chairman of State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ulvi Mehdiyev told journalists at a press conference.

He said that throughout 7 years of its activity, more than 6 million 500 thousand citizens have made over 35 million applications to ASAN Service. It means that every citizen has applied to ASAN at least 5 times. During this year alone, more than 9 million application have been submitted to ASAN Service.  

More than 31, 000 citizens apply to ASAN Service Centers throughout a day. Most of the applications are connected with IDs. Thus, over 3, 000 people are given IDs in a day.

During a day, 2, 390 people apply to ASAN Service Centers for the first time. Moreover, 408 marriages a day are registered.

One of the main targets is to further promote ASAN Service on the international arena and export it to more countries. In connection with this, negotiations are held with 13 countries. During this year, it is planned to open ASAN Service Centers with some countries. New “INNOLAND” Centers will be commissioned. The ABAD Packaging Factory will be commissioned in Guba this year. Throughout 2019, more than 920, 000 ASAN visas were given. So far, 1 877 835 visas have been given, and 619, 249 of them fall on the share on airports. More than 5 million opinions have been taken in connection with applications. It is 54% of applications. According to the opinions, the level of satisfaction with ASAN Service is 99.3%.

So far, over 21, 000 young people have worked as ASAN volunteers. Some 1, 362 volunteers have been provided with jobs. 439 of them have been given jobs at ASAN Service Centers, and others in private companies and at state institutions. More than 2 mln AZN of finances have been collected through one of the biggest social projects ABAD.
