Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the approval of "The rules on the adoption of children deprived of parental care, as well as adoption of children, who are citizens of Azerbaijan Republic, by foreigners and stateless people".
In accordance with the decree, "The rules on the adoption of children deprived of parental care, as well as adoption of children, who are citizens of Azerbaijan Republic, by foreigners and stateless people" has been approved.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic has been instructed to solve the issues in regard to the decree.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan Republic should take all necessary measures for the solution of all the issues in regard to the decree.
