Admission of citizens at ASAN Service ensured only by taking queue in advance

Starting from April 27, a number of special quarantine regime restrictions are eased. One of them is to ensure the wider activity of ASAN Service and ASAN Communal.

In accordance with the decision of Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers, the admission of citizens is ensured by taking a queue in advance. Therefore, 3 opportunities have been created for citizens.

Within this framework, citizens can apply to ASAN Service and ASAN Communal by taking an online queue beforehand via the ASAN Service mobile application, asan.gov.az website and 108 Call Center. It is possible to download the ASAN Service mobile application through the IOS and Android operation systems. Despite the fact that today is the first working day, the number of people wishing to benefit from the Center's services is more than enough. 

Even though the activity of the ASAN Service Centers is restored, special quarantine regime rules are still in force. Centers have been provided with thermometers and relevant hygienic equipment. Besides, calls are made for people to practice social distancing. People, who have not taken a queue beforehand, will not be rendered services. 

It is noteworthy that the ASAN Service Centers have operated in the special work regime since March 15.
