Concessions will be made for citizens in connection with the registration of marriage and birth.
According to the Justice Ministry, relevant assistance will be rendered for the registration of citizens' marriages. One-month period has been defined in connection with the state registration of birth. After one month, if parents apply for registration without any proper excuse, then, they will be fined. They will either get a warning or be fined. If a parent does not apply within a month, then, they have to present a health certificate in connection with the birth of a child.
Aid will be rendered to citizens in connection with health certificates.
