Criminal cases have been initiated against representatives of the Executive Power of 6 more regions for violating the special quarantine regime rules, the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office informed.
According to the Press Service, violations of the special quarantine regime rules declared by the Operative Headquarters of the Cabinet of Ministers and negative cases in the distribution of the product aid allocated to unemployed people and low-income families are still observed.
Relevant measures are underway by the Prosecutor General's Office's bodies jointly by the Executive Powers of cities and regions. Appeals have been investigated regarding the violations committed by some high-ranking officials of administrative area representations of Lankaran, Yevlakh cities, Saatli, Salyan, Dashkasan and Hajigabul regions. As a result of the investigations, it has become known that representative of Lankaran City Executive Power for Narimanabad settlement administrative constituency Rafail Alishov has abused power, committed violations during the distribution of the product aid sent by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation to poor families, distributed products to his close relatives, as well as wealthy people of the village.
Representative of Yevlakh City Executive Power for Garamammadli village administrative constituency Mikayil Asadov has also committed the same violations and abused power by embezzling products allocated for poor families. Besides, representative of Saatli Region Executive Power for Saatli city administrative constituency Nasir Gadirov, representative of Salyan Region Executive Power for Parcha Khalaj village administrative constituency Sadig Damirov and representative of Dashkasan Region Executive Power for Zagali village administrative constituency Hatam Azizov have also violated the special quarantine regime rules by giving fake permits to people who wanted to move freely. Representative of Hajigabul Region Executive Power for Navahi settlement administrative constituency Namig Bakhshiyev and for Garasu village administrative constituency Ilknur Huseynov have committed the same violations.
These officials have been dismissed from their posts. Criminal cases have been launched against them in accordance with Articles 308.1 and 313 of the Criminal Code.
The Prosecutor General's Office kindly asks citizens, who have faced such unlawful actions, to inform via 961 Call Center.
