256 people - World War II participants provided with one-time payment

In accordance with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's order, World War II participants, widows of those who died in the war or afterwards have been provided with one-time payment. 

In connection with the 75th anniversary of the victory, 1, 500 AZN have been paid to each of 256 people - World War II participants by Azerbaijan's Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

7, 126 people, who fought at the back of the frontline, widows of those who died in the war or afterwards, those who were awarded medals and special signs for the defense of Leningrad, have been provided with one-time payment in the amount of 750 AZN. The money has been transfered to these people's pension cards.
