The court hearing has begun in the criminal case of Ruben Vardanyan, who is accused of violating the laws and customs of war, terrorism, financing terrorism, and other charges.
The court proceeding is being held at the Baku Court Complex under the chairmanship of Judge Zeynal Aghayev of the Baku Military Court.
Currently, Ruben Vardanyan's rights are being re-explained in relation to the case. He has been provided with an interpreter and a lawyer.
