On March 4, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with Nail Maganov, CEO of the Russian company Tatneft, Askhat Khasenov, the Chairman of the Board of the Kazakh company KazMunayGas, and Bahodirjon Sidikov, the Chairman of the Board of the Uzbek company Uzbekneftegaz.
