A scientific-practical conference on "Heydar Aliyev's legacy: Azerbaijan's Constitution and restoration of its sovereignty" has today kicked off in Khankendi.
Co-organized by Garabakh University and the Presidential Library, the conference is dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
