“And today, with all understanding about the necessity of urban development, especially in the capital cities, we must be brave and cautious,” President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said during his speech at the opening ceremony of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

Bu barədə Prezident İlham Əliyev Ümumdünya Şəhərsalma Forumunun 13-cü Sessiyasının (WUF13) açılış mərasimində çıxışı zamanı bildirib.
