Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister held 37 bilateral meetings and signed 17 documents in New York

Concluding a productive High-Level Week in New York, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov held comprehensive meetings, discussions, and signed documents on behalf of Azerbaijan.

The intensive diplomatic agenda provided an important opportunity to advance Azerbaijan’s foreign policy priorities and strengthen bilateral partnerships. The discussions reaffirmed Azerbaijan’s active contribution to the multilateral agenda. Azerbaijan will continue to actively engage with international partners in promoting peace, stability, connectivity, and mutually beneficial cooperation.

He delivered speeches at 11 high-level events, including the General Debate of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly, Ministerial Meetings of G-77 & China, Global Development Initiative (GDI), Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Organisation of Turkic States (OTS), Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC), OIC Contact Group on Jammu & Kashmir, Trans-Caspian & TRIPP Route Session, US Chamber of Commerce Roundtable, and World Trade Organization World Economic Leaders Luncheon.

The meetings and events held served as an important platform for expanding the country's cooperation with international partners and advancing its multilateral diplomatic agenda.
