Joint Declaration signed at second meeting of OTS intellectual property heads

The Second Meeting of the Heads of Intellectual Property Institutions of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held in Baku on October 12, culminating in the signing of a joint declaration.

The meeting's organization in Azerbaijan during the country's chairmanship of the OTS is significant, as it is expected to strengthen cooperation within the organization, promote Azerbaijan's initiatives in intellectual property, reinforce institutional ties with member states, and highlight the country's active role within the OTS.

The inaugural Meeting of the Heads of Intellectual Property Institutions of the OTS was held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on August 20, 2025.
