The Armenian armed forces continue to commit crimes against Azerbaijan's civilian population violating the requirements of the humanitarian ceasefire announced at 12:00 on October 10, 2020.
According to Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General's Office, todat at 13:00, the Armenian armed forces subjected to heavy artillery fire a funeral ceremony at a cemetery in Tartar city. As a result of the shelling, city residents Parviz Novruz Orujov born in 1989, Vasif Bahadur Rustamov born in 1962 and Shakir Khasay Zamanov in 1988 have been killed; Fizuli Ali Mammadov, Isgandar Yelmar Amirov, Elsevar Vali Allahverdiyev, Nofal Yelmar Amirov and Rafael Gazanfar Gazanfarli have been wounded and taken to hospital.
Currently, investigative measures are being taken by employees of the Prosecutor's Office.
