Azerbaijan's Zangilan city has been liberated from the Armenian occupation, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has said in his address to the nation. 

The head of state has noted that Havali, Zarnali, Mammadbayli, Hakari, Sharifan, Mughanli villages of the region have also been freed.
