President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with President of the Republic of Poland Adrzej Duda in Davos on January 22.

The development of the relations between Azerbaijan and Poland, the cooperation prospects in the oil-gas sector, as well as the current geopolitical situation in the world, were discussed.

The Azerbaijani President also met with President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga.

The sides exchanged views on the deepening of the ties between the two countries. It was noted that wide cooperation opportunities exist in the field of agriculture, especially stockbreeding; the investment possibilities in the copper and gold industry sector were mulled.

It was emphasized that Mongolian students study at higher education institutions of Azerbaijan.
