Employees of Turkey's TRT TV channel, who arrived in Azerbaijan within the framework of the cooperation with Azerbaijan Television (AzTV), have visited Baku State University. 

It has been noted at the meeting with the lecturers and students of the University's Journalism Faculty that Azerbaijan and Turkey have mutual cooperation in many fields, including media. The guests have familiarized themselves with the conditions created for the Faculty students. It has been highlighted that TIKA and TRT have supported Baku State University's Journalism Faculty in strengthening its material-technical base.

TRT's social media and news expert Bahadir Avsar has emphasized that all the necessary conditions exist at the Journalism Faculty for the training of professional journalists. 

Dean of the Journalism Faculty Vugar Zifaroghlu has said that both Baku State University and the Journalism Faculty have close cooperation with TRT and the "Anadolu" Agency: "In general, both TRT and the "Anadolu" Agency have played a significant role in the formation of Turkey's modern media system. TRT has created a school. It is of great importance in terms of learning TRT's experience and its application in education."
